Contest rules

Article 1 – Principle of the contest

The Birth Jackpot is a monthly contest organized by Bientôt 9 mois. It is for future parents who have created a registry on the platform. Each month, a draw is held among eligible registries. No additional registration is required: selection is automatic once the conditions are met. The aim? To reward parents who actively use their registry, with a gift from our partners.

Article 2 – Organizer

MLE BOULAY CLEMENCE LUCIE - EI BIENTOT9MOIS, 16 allée des Cossons 37230 Fondettes, registered at RCS TOURS 844 789 990, organizes a free contest called 'Birth Jackpot', accessible via bientot9mois.fr, hereafter 'the Site'.

Article 3 – Participation conditions

The contest is open to any adult living in mainland France who has published a registry on the Site.

• Be a real registry, created for an authentic birth project. The Organizer reserves the right to verify authenticity and cancel participation if the registry is deemed fraudulent or fictitious.
• Contain at least 10 products.
• Contain at least 1 product from our partners.
• Be published (public, shared and visible to loved ones).
• Have at least one real reservation made by a loved one.
• Only one entry per family per year is allowed.

Participants are automatically entered into the monthly draw as soon as their registry meets the eligibility conditions above.

Article 4 – Partners

Birth Jackpot partners are brands selected by Bientôt 9 mois for their product quality and parenting universe.

Each month, one or more partners may join the contest to offer one or more prizes. Their names and prizes may vary from draw to draw.

Bientôt 9 mois reserves the right to change the list of partners at any time, without notice, while guaranteeing a prize of equivalent value.

Article 5 – Prize draw

A draw is held on the first Monday of each month among all eligible registries published during the previous month.

The draw is made randomly using a dedicated online platform, such as plouf-plouf.fr or equivalent.

First draw: Monday, November 3, 2025, for registries with at least one partner product added between August 1 and 31, 2025.

The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.

Article 6 – Prizes

The winner will receive one or more partner products from their registry, up to a maximum of €100 incl. VAT per partner.

If the products have already been purchased via the registry, the winner will receive:

• either an equivalent product (same partner, same range),
• or a voucher of equivalent value usable at the partner concerned.

Article 7 – Awarding terms

The winner must confirm receipt of the notification email within 10 days.

Without reply within this period, the prize may be cancelled or a new winner drawn.

Article 8 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:

• technical malfunction or site access problems,
• delay or loss of email,
• unavailability or out-of-stock partner product.

Article 9 – Communication of results

The winner's first name, with possible mention of the prize won,

may be published on social networks,

the Site or Partner communication media.

By accepting the prize, winners authorize this publication,

without any right to compensation.

Article 10 – Compliance with the rules

Participation implies full acceptance of these rules.

Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in immediate exclusion.

Article 11 – Personal data

Data collected for the contest is used only for contest management and will not be used for commercial purposes without explicit consent.

In accordance with the law, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
